Shipping and delivery

At REXLUDE, we aim for fast and careful processing of your order. Below you will find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

Delivery times
We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible:
  • Ordered on weekdays before 4:00 PM: Shipped the same day, usually delivered the next day.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed during the weekend will be delivered no later than Monday or Tuesday.

Shipping costs
The costs for shipping your order are as follows:
  • Netherlands: €6.95 – Free shipping from €125,-
  • Belgium: €7.95 – Free shipping from €125,-
  • Europe: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Order for €125 or more (NL/BE) or more and benefit from free shipping. During promotions, you may benefit from free shipping or extra shipping discounts — Keep an eye on our homepage or your email.


Delivery via courier services
For the delivery of our parcels, we use the services of PostNL, DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS and FEDEX. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. This can also be viewed in your profile on our website. With this, you can track the status of your shipment online.

Sustainable Packaging
In line with our vision on corporate social responsibility, we use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials. We strive to minimize the ecological footprint of our transport.

Not present at delivery
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will offer the parcel to a neighbor or take it to a nearby pick-up location. You will receive a notification of this in your mailbox or via the Track & Trace link.
