Returns

At REXLUDE, we strive for the highest standard in sports and lifestyle performance. Should an item not fully meet your expectations, we offer a streamlined return process under the following conditions:

1. Return Period
Returns must be registered with us within the statutory period of 14 days after receipt of the order. After this period, the purchase agreement is considered final.

2. Product Condition & Hygiene
For a full refund of the purchase amount, we apply strict quality controls. Items are only accepted if:
  • Unused Condition: The product is unworn, unwashed and free from signs of use (such as perfume, sweat or make-up stains).
  • Original Packaging: All original labels, price tags and packaging are undamaged and intact.
  • Hygiene Guarantee: Due to health protection and hygiene, items with a broken seal or packaging cannot be returned. This applies specifically to:
    • Underwear (men & women) and sports bras.
    • Socks, headbands and protective base layers.
    • Drinking bottles and accessories in sealed packaging.

3. Costs and Refund
  • Shipping Costs: The costs for the return shipment are borne by the buyer. We recommend using a track & trace service; REXLUDE is not responsible for shipments lost during transit.
  • Refund: After approval of the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
  • Gift Vouchers: Purchases of gift vouchers are final. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. In the event of a return of an order paid (partially) with a gift voucher, the value will first be credited back to the gift voucher balance.
  • Store Credit: In specific cases or if conditions are exceeded, we may decide to issue the refund in the form of a REX store credit.

4. The Return Process
To guarantee quick processing, every return is processed through our online return portal.
  1. Register your return with your order number and email address.
  2. Download your unique return form.
  3. Keep your proof of shipment carefully until the return has been fully processed.

5. Exceptions & Final Sale
  • Customization: Personalized REX items that have been specifically manufactured for you are entirely excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Outlet & Final Sale: Items purchased during a 'Final Sale' or marked as an outlet product cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Bundle Discounts & Promotions
When returning a part of a bundle deal (e.g., '3 for 2' or set discount), the promotional discount will be forfeited. The remaining items in your possession will be charged at their regular selling price, which will affect the final refund amount.
