REXLUDE originated from one simple conviction: in the world of sports and games, everyone deserves to be treated like a king or queen. The name REXLUDE – Latin for King of Sport and Play – is not just our name, it is our promise to you.
Born out of Passion, Shaped by Insight
Our founder is a sports fanatic through and through. From football and athletics to the intensity of kickboxing and Muay Thai: the drive to win is in our DNA. At REXLUDE, we don't believe that "participating is more important than winning". We believe that everyone has the potential to triumph, and we will not rest until victory is achieved.
Our founder took this fanaticism to the sports field and on his many travels. It was precisely during sports and relaxing in the sun that a painful insight emerged: the sports and leisure wear he paid top dollar for let him down. During intensive training, he noticed that fabrics didn't breathe, lost their shape, or simply didn't provide what an athlete needs. Prices rose, but quality plummeted; some items were damaged after wearing them twice or one tough session. He noticed how the clothing industry became increasingly individualistic: large corporations got richer at the expense of citizens, without giving anything back to society. This had to change.
The Symbolism: The Story Behind Our Logo
If you look closely at our logo, you'll see more than just a crown. It's a throne, built from seven powerful stripes. These stripes are not arbitrary; each stripe represents one letter of the name REXLUDE.
Together, they form the foundation of our throne: a symbol of victory and dignity accessible to everyone. It reminds us that every garment we design must support the wearer to become the king or queen of their own sport and game.
